Stainless Steel Mouse and Rat Rodent Proofing Mesh

Need to seal narrow gaps around pipes, weep holes, or linear cracks where wider mesh would be excessive? This narrow stainless steel mesh roll is designed for precision proofing in tight spaces, providing a chew-resistant barrier without unnecessary bulk.

Unlike flexible fill materials used for stuffing larger cavities, this woven mesh is suited to narrower gaps where a more controlled, low-profile installation is required. The slim width allows it to fit neatly into linear openings while maintaining a clean finish in visible areas.

The mesh combines stainless steel fibres with interwoven poly fibres to create a flexible but structured material. It can be compressed during installation and springs back slightly to hold its position, while the stainless steel resists gnawing from rats and mice.

To install, cut or tear the mesh to the required length. Press it firmly into the gap or secure it in place depending on the application. For longer runs or exposed areas, multiple sections can be used side by side to ensure full coverage.

Suitable for sealing around pipe penetrations, weep holes, narrow cracks in brickwork, gaps beneath doors, and other linear openings. For wider gaps or cavities, a flexible fill mesh may be more suitable.

The 1.5 metre roll provides enough material for multiple smaller proofing jobs. The narrow 25mm width reduces waste by allowing you to use only what is needed for tighter applications.
