Delivery & Returns

Standard delivery (small items) — £1.99. Sent with Royal Mail 48, with delivery confirmation. Aims to arrive within 2–3 working days.
Tracked delivery (large parcels) — £3.99. Sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, with full in-transit tracking. Aims to arrive within 2–3 working days.
Free delivery — orders over £80. Sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, with full in-transit tracking. Aims to arrive within 2–3 working days. Applied automatically at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 4pm on working days the same day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please ensure that the address given to us reflects your correct choice of delivery location as we are unable to deliver to any alternative address once you have paid for your order.

We're unable to redirect orders once they've been dispatched. If we're unable to deliver after two attempts, we may cancel the order and deduct the original delivery costs from your refund — we'll always contact you first if this occurs.

Delivery to Northern Ireland
We are currently unable to accept orders for delivery to Northern Ireland. This is due to compliance requirements under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to resume deliveries to Northern Ireland in the future.

Not happy with your purchase? Return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange — no fuss, no quibble. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • Or log in to your account, go to Completed Orders, find your order and click Return Item(s)

A confirmation email will be sent once your request is submitted. Please note that return postage is your responsibility and we recommend obtaining proof of delivery.

Is your order faulty, damaged or not as described?
Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. If your parcel arrives damaged, please inspect it before signing — if the damage is minor, accept it and note the damage on the shipping receipt; if seriously damaged, you can refuse the delivery and it will be returned to us. Once we receive it back we'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.

If anything is missing or not as described, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll resolve it quickly — either by sending the missing item or arranging a refund, depending on your preference.

We'll always cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items, either by issuing a prepaid label or arranging a collection.

Refunds
Once we have received the goods back, we aim to process all exchanges and refunds within 3 working days. Payments are refunded back to the original payment method. We cannot make a refund to a different card or account than the one used for the original purchase.

Please note that our payment provider may have a settlement period, depending on your method of payment before refunds can be processed. As soon as the transaction has settled, usually within 24 hrs, we can issue a refund.
