The liner sits inside the steel housing and holds the bait rods or traps in position. When you need to service the station, unlock the lid, lift out the entire liner assembly, reload or clean it at a convenient location, and drop it back into the housing. This is particularly useful when managing multiple stations across a site or working in tight spaces where kneeling beside each station to service it isn't practical.
