Replacement pheromone refill pads for the Mastertrap Slim Hanging clothes moth trap. Clothes moth traps only work when the glue surface is active and the pheromone lure is fresh — once a pad fills or reaches the end of its 12-week lifespan, catch rates drop off. Swap the pad and the trap is immediately effective again.

Each pad releases a synthetic female pheromone that attracts male clothes moths onto the sticky glue surface. No males mean no mating, no egg laying, and fewer larvae feeding on wool, silk, cotton, and cashmere. The pheromone is integrated directly into the adhesive — no separate lure tablet needed. The pads contain no toxic chemicals and are odourless, making them safe to use directly in wardrobes and drawers alongside clothing.

Compatible with the Mastertrap Slim Hanging trap and most standard flat-format moth trap holders. Pads can also be used without a hanger if needed. The Mastertrap Slim Hanging trap holder is sold separately.

Useful Tip
If the protective backing strip is difficult to peel — which can occasionally happen after warm transit — place the pad in the freezer for around five minutes. This helps the backing separate cleanly. Place at eye level or higher in areas where clothing or fabrics are stored — wardrobes, cupboards, attic spaces, under-stairs storage, or rooms with wool carpets and soft furnishings. Avoid placing near open windows, strong airflow, or direct sunlight, as these conditions can reduce pheromone effectiveness.
